We have no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party websites. Furthermore, we are not able to censor or edit the content of any third-party site. By using the Website, you release the Company from any liability arising from your use of such third-party websites. 1. This obligation to defend and indemnify will remain in effect even after these Terms of Service end and you no longer use the Website.

Ability to Accept the Terms of Service

You confirm that you are either over 18 years old, an emancipated minor, or have obtained legal parental or guardian consent. You are fully capable and competent to agree to the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties stated in these Terms of Service and to comply with them. In any case, you acknowledge that you are above the age of 13, as the Website is not intended for children under 13.

Assignment

General

You agree that: (i) the Website is based in Singapore; and (ii) the Website is a passive website that does not subject the Company to personal jurisdiction in any jurisdiction other than Singapore. These Terms of Service will be governed by the internal laws of the State of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any claim or dispute arising from the Website between you and the Company will be exclusively decided by a competent court located in Natrona County, Singapore, or the Singapore District Court of Singapore. These Terms of Service, along with the Privacy Notice and any other legal notices published by the Company on the Website, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Website. If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will still be valid and in effect.
